§ 13-5. Permit revocation and reinstatement.

  • (a)

    The director may revoke a childcare facility's city permit for violation of this chapter and any other applicable law when in his or her opinion the violation is dangerous to a child or staff member.

    (b)

    The director may revoke a childcare facility's city permit if their required state permit is revoked by the state.

    (c)

    The childcare facility owner, operator, manager, administrator, or director may seek reinstatement of a revoked childcare facility's city permit by reapplying for a childcare facility permit, paying a fifty dollar ($50.00) reinstatement fee, and demonstrating to the director's satisfaction that the childcare facility is in compliance with all applicable laws.
