§ 13-9. License and variances displayed and provided.

(a)

The owner, operator, administrator, or director of each childcare facility required to be licensed, registered, or listed by the state shall display the facility's current state license, registration, or listing conspicuously near the main entrance of the facility at all times.

(b)

The owner, operator, administrator, or director of each childcare facility licensed by the city shall display the current valid permit conspicuously near the main entrance of the facility at all times.

(c)

The owner, operator, administrator, or director of each childcare facility licensed by the state shall provide copies of each variance granted the facility by the state to the city on the application for a city permit and within ten (10) days of the day the variance is granted if the variance is obtained subsequent to submission of the application for a permit.
