§ 13A-12. Evidence of acceptance and approval by owners and developers.

Acceptance and approval of all the terms of this article by the owners and developers of land contained within the district shall be evidenced by the tender of this article to the county commissioners of Dallas County, Texas, by said owners and developers and this article shall not be effective until said tender is made and evidence thereof is transmitted to the city secretary of the City of Irving, Texas, Irving City Hall, 835 West Irving Boulevard, Irving, Texas 75060.
