§ 16E-3. Assignment.

For the purposes of this chapter it is understood that the City of Irving may be assigning administration of a public art program by virtue of contract to a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization as determined by the Internal Revenue Service. This contract will detail the responsibilities between the City of Irving and the nonprofit organization for the operation of a public art program on behalf of the city.
