§ 21-29. Zones of quiet.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any vehicle in such manner as to create any noises or to make any noises by crying wares, loud singing or hallooing or by musical instruments, or to make any unnecessary noise by means of any machinery, gongs, bells, horns, whistles, sirens or any other noisy devices within any zone of quiet established as provided in this chapter.
