§ 21-31. Riding on portion of vehicle not intended for passengers.

The driver of any motor vehicle shall not carry any person on the top, hood, fenders, running boards or bumpers of the vehicle, and no person shall ride on any motor vehicle on that portion not designed or intended for the use of passengers.
