When a yellow lens is illuminated with rapid intermittent flashes, drivers of vehicles may proceed through the following intersections or pass such signals only with caution:

On	At
Beltline.	Cabell Drive.
Beltline.	Valley View Lane.
Grauwyler Road.	One hundred fifty feet west of Cooper Drive.
