§ 21-81. Limitations on backing.

  • The driver of a vehicle shall not back the same unless such movement can be made with reasonable safety and without interfering with other traffic.

    The driver or operator of a vehicle shall not back the same into an intersection or over a crosswalk and shall not in any event or at any place back a vehicle unless such movement can be made in safety.
