§ 21-99. Same—Obedience.
(a)
When stop signs are erected at or near the entrance to any intersection, every driver of a vehicle shall stop such vehicle at such sign or at a clearly marked stop line before entering the intersection except when directed to proceed by a police officer or traffic control signal.
(b)
Every driver, upon approaching a yield right-of-way sign, shall slow to a speed of not more than ten (10) miles per hour and yield the right-of-way to all vehicles on the intersecting street which are so close as to constitute an immediate hazard.
