§ 21-123. Parking for certain purposes prohibited.

No person shall park a vehicle upon any street for the principal purpose of:
(a)

Displaying such vehicle for sale.

(b)

Washing, greasing, dismantling or repairing such vehicle, except repairs necessitated by an emergency.
