§ 21-132. Same—Between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., except Saturdays, Sundays and city holidays.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to park any vehicle between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., except Saturdays, Sundays and city holidays in any of the following locations:

    Grauwyler Road, north side, from the east right-of-way line of CRI & P Railroad track to the west right-of-way line of Oak Lea Drive.

    Hastings Street, east and west curblines, from a point 75 feet south of the south curbline of Third Street to its intersection with the south curbline of West Irving Boulevard.

    Irving Heights Drive, east and west curblines, of Irving Heights Drive between the intersection of Irving Heights Drive and the south curbline of State Highway 356 and the intersection of Irving Heights Drive and the north curbline of Shady Grove Road.

    O'Connor Road, both sides, from State Highway 183 (Carpenter Freeway West) to Metker Street.

    Rochelle Road, both sides, from the east right-of-way line of William Brewster Drive to the west right-of-way line of O'Connor Road.

    Shady Grove Road, both sides, between Belt Line Road and State Highway Loop 12.

    Story Road, both sides, from the south right-of-way line of Northgate Drive to the north right-of-way line of Rochelle Road.

    Third Street, north curbline, from its intersection with the west curbline of Main Street to its intersection with the east curbline of Ohio Street.

    Third Street, south curbline, from its intersection with the west curbline of Main Street to a point 125 feet west of the west curbline of Hastings Street.
