§ 21-184. Towing of unauthorized vehicle.

Violation of section 21-181 and section 21-183 shall constitute a Class C misdemeanor which shall subject the violator to a fine not to exceed two hundred dollars ($200.00) and authorize the police department to have any vehicle parked in violation of section 21-181(3) and/or section 21-183 to be towed to the city pound at the expense of the violator or owner of the vehicle if the violator is not the owner.
