The provisions of Article 6701d, Texas Revised Civil Statutes, and this chapter are
hereby adopted and made applicable to all private streets, private alleys and other
private access easements when said private streets, private alleys or private access
easements serve more than one (1) residence or platted lot. It shall be unlawful for
any person, while upon a private street, private alley or other private access easements,
to intentionally, knowingly or recklessly act, operate a motor vehicle or park a motor
vehicle in a manner which would be a violation of Article 6701d, Texas Revised Civil
Statutes, or this chapter if said act had occurred on a public street.
