§ 24-9. Presence on premises of another under suspicious circumstances; peeping toms.

  • No person shall be found upon the premises of another in the nighttime, or daytime, under suspicious circumstances, or shall enter upon the premises of another and peer into the windows of any dwelling house thereon, or shall, without legal cause or good excuse, enter into the dwelling house or on the premises of another.
