§ 25-7. Authorization to designate game field; posting, penalty.

(a)

The director is authorized to designate fields as game fields and shall post thereon a sign stating: "Game Field—Restricted to City Sponsored League Play or City Co-Sponsored Athletic Events Only—$1.00 to $500.00 Penalty for Violation."

(b)

It shall be unlawful to go upon a field which has been designated a game field and has posted thereon a sign stating "Game Field—Restricted to City Sponsored League or City Co-Sponsored Athletic Events Only—$1.00 to $500.00 Penalty for Violation" unless for the purpose of participating in league play or tournament play in a City of Irving sponsored or co-sponsored league play athletic event.
