§ 27-10. Appeal.

Should an applicant be denied an identification card or have an identification card revoked, the applicant may appeal the action to the city manager by submitting a letter to the city secretary within ten (10) days of the denial or revocation. The appeal shall be heard by the city manager or his designee within fiftenn (15) business days of the city secretary's receipt of the notice of appeal. The decision of the city manager or his designee shall be final.
