§ 27A-72. Interpretation.

(a)

Whenever the context requires:

(1)

References in the program ordinance of the singular number shall include the plural and vice versa; and

(2)

Words used in the program ordinance denoting gender shall be construed to include the masculine, feminine, and neuter.

(b)

The table of contents and the titles given to any article or section of the program ordinance are for convenience only and are not intended to modify or affect the meaning of the program ordinance.
