§ 27A-74. Alteration and termination of program.

(a)

Subject to subsection (b) of this section, the city, by ordinance, may alter the program from time to time or terminate the program at any time without notice to any plan member or other person.

(b)

The city, by agreement approved by the city council, may limit its right to alter or terminate the program.
