§ 2-4. Board of directors; term of members; removal for cause.

The Irving Hospital Authority shall be governed by a board of directors consisting of eleven (11) members. The individuals named to the board of directors, when named, shall serve for the period prescribed by statute. Any member appointed by the city council may be removed from office for any cause deemed by the city council to be sufficient for removal of said member.
