§ 2-43. Records center.

The Irving Municipal Records Center is under the direct control and supervision of the records management officer and is a division of the city secretary's office. Policies and procedures regulating the operations and use of the records center shall be contained in the records management plan developed under this article as outlined in section 2-36.
