§ 2-97. Transfer of funds, properties.

Whenever dissolution of the authority shall occur, whether instituted by the governing body or by the board of directors of the authority, the dissolution proceedings shall transfer the title to all funds and properties then owned by the authority to the city after satisfaction of all claims against the authority has been made.
