§ 33-7. Specifications.

(a)

Refuse bags:

(1)

Plastic refuse bags shall be of sufficient strength to be equal to a plastic refuse bag with a 2.0 mil rating.

(2)

Refuse bags shall not be less than twenty (20) nor more than thirty (30) gallons in capacity.

(b)

Mechanical containers. All mechanical garbage containers will meet the city specifications that are serviced by the city forces.
