§ 33-18.12. Nontransferability.

(a)

A solid waste collection franchise issued to one (1) person may not be transferred to another person without authorization by city council.

(b)

A solid waste collection permit issued for one (1) vehicle may not be transferred to another vehicle without written permission of the director.
