Chapter 33B. SPORTING EVENTS AND SPORTS STADIUMS

§ 33B-4. Refusing to pay for food in any sports stadium.

Any person who purchases any food or drink in any sports stadium in the city and after consuming or partially consuming the food or drink refuses to pay the customary price therefor without delay, then demanded by the vendor shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
