§ 34-14. Same—Application.

The application for a permit under this article shall contain the following information:
(a)

Name of individual, group, partnership, corporation or entity.

(b)

Location within street right-of-way desiring to be utilized.

(c)

Purpose of display.

(d)

Specific physical characteristics of display.

(e)

Length of time desired for display.
