§ 34-32. Issuance and maintenance of decal.

(a)

Issuance of decal. Upon issuance of a permit for the placement, installation, or maintenance of a newsrack on a right-of-way, the director shall issue a decal for each newsrack allowed under the permit. The decal shall reflect the expiration date.

(b)

Display and maintenance of decal. A decal shall be affixed to the lower right or left corner inside the window opening on the front of each newsrack.

(c)

Transfer of decal prohibited. A decal issued to one (1) person is not transferable to another person. A decal issued for one (1) newsrack may not be transferred to another newsrack, except a replacement newsrack at the same location, without the approval of the director.
