§ 34-34. Permit fees.

(a)

Permit application fee; decal fee. The permit application processing fee shall be two hundred dollars ($200.00), and the decal fee shall be five dollars ($5.00) per newsrack.

(b)

Decal replacement. The director may require a permittee to replace a decal that has become worn, faded, defaced, or missing. The decal replacement fee shall be five dollars ($5.00) per decal.

(c)

The fee shall be paid at the time the initial application is filed and at the time each renewal application is filed with the director.

(d)

No permit fees will be prorated upon termination of any permit.
