§ 34-41. Notices by city.

Latest version.

Unless otherwise provided in this article, a notice required to be given by the city pursuant to this article is deemed to have been delivered by the city:
(1)

On the date that it is hand delivered to the applicant/permittee; or

(2)

Three days after the date the notice is placed in the United States mail to the address provided by the applicant/permittee in the application for the permit.
