§ 37-52. Display of rate card.

(a)

A holder shall provide the driver for each taxicab operating under its authority, a printed card or sticker containing the approved rates of fare of the holder. The form and content of the card or sticker are subject to regulation by the director.

(b)

While operating a taxicab for hire, a driver shall prominently display the rate card or sticker inside the taxicab in a manner approved by the director so that it can be easily read by passengers sitting in the taxicab.
