§ 38-22. Purpose.

The purpose of the committee is to serve as a contact and voice of the residents of the City of Irving to the city council, to review and discuss matters referred to the committee by the city council and the city manager, and to provide recommendations to the council concerning matters of accessibility, use, and benefit to persons with disabilities.
