§ 3-19. Operations creating nuisances prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for an airport or heliport to be operated in a manner that would create a public or private nuisance due to the noise, odor, soot, dirt, engine roar, dust, gas fumes or vibration as the result of the construction, operation or maintenance of an airport or heliport.
