§ 3-75. Enforcement and remedies.

In addition, the City of Irving may institute in any court of competent jurisdiction, an action to prevent, restrain, correct, or abate any violation of these regulations or enforcement, and may be granted such relief, by way of injunction as may be proper under all the facts and circumstances of the case.
