§ 3-76. Penalties.

Each violation of this division or of any regulation, order, or ruling promulgated hereunder shall constitute a misdemeanor and be punishable by a fine of not more than two hundred dollars ($200.00), and each day a violation continues to exist shall constitute a separate offense. Jurisdiction for any offense providing a criminal penalty hereunder shall lie in the municipal court in the City of Irving.
