§ 3-79. Amendments.

This division may be amended or changed by the city council of the city of Irving except as otherwise provided by the Airport Zoning Act, Article 46e V.A.C.S., after a public hearing in relation thereto at which parties in intent and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard. At least fifteen (15) days notice of the hearing shall be published in an official paper, or a paper of general circulation, in the political subdivision in which is located the airport hazard area.
