§ 41-26. Compliance with article in newly annexed territory.

When any territory is annexed to the city, any pit toilet, pit privy, or dry closet existing in the territory annexed shall be discontinued by the owner of the property on which it is located within one (1) year from and after the date of passage of the final annexation ordinance affecting the property.
