§ 43-11. Information required to be furnished to chief of police by holder of massage establishment license.

  • Holders of massage establishment licenses from the city shall be required to furnish the chief of police within seven (7) days following the event of the following:

    (a)

    Names and addresses of all new employees or all employees leaving the employ of the massage establishment and their positions.

    (b)

    Names and addresses of all new or former partners, managers, principals of the massage establishment and also in the event it is a corporation all officers, directors and shareholders of at least ten (10) percent of the capital stock of such massage establishment.

    (c)

    A complete report of the massage establishment as to any final conviction in any court of sodomy, procuring, pandering, keeping a bawdy house, keeping an assignation house, engaging in prostitution, engaging in assignation or of any offense contained in Sections 43.02 through and including 43.05 of the Texas Penal Code of 1974, as to any owner, partner, manager or other principal or employee of massage establishment and also in the event it is a corporation, any officer, director or shareholder holding ten (10) percent or more of the capital stock of the massage establishment.
