§ 43-17. Hours of operation; establishment not to be conducted in connection with living or sleeping quarters.

No massage establishment shall accept any patron for any purpose between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 8:00 a.m. in a residentially zoned area except that massages begun prior to 12:00 midnight may be completed. No such establishment shall be operated or conducted in connection either directly or indirectly with any place used for living or sleeping quarters.
