Chapter 43. MASSAGE ESTABLISHMENTS

§ 43-3. Licenses required.

It shall be unlawful to maintain control or have custody over any premises on which massages are furnished without a valid massage establishment license or to perform massages without a massaginist license or for a massage establishment to employ massaginists not possessing a valid massaginist license from the city.
