§ 46-15. Additional regulations for escort agencies.

(a)

It is unlawful for an owner, manager, operator, or employee of an escort agency to employ any person under the age of eighteen (18) years in the escort agency.

(b)

A person commits an offense if he acts as an escort or agrees to act as an escort for any person under the age of eighteen (18) years.
