§ 48-21. Penalty and culpability.

(a)

A violation of section 48-20 is punishable by a fine not to exceed two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) and each day the violation continues shall be a separate violation.

(b)

There shall be no requirement of a culpable mental state for a violation of section 48-20.
