Chapter 52. WATER AND SEWER RATES

§ 52-12. Authorization and payment required for service.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to make a connection to City of Irving's water or sanitary sewer systems without first securing approval from the appropriate department of the City of Irving.

(b)

It shall be unlawful for any person to use City of Irving water or sanitary sewer service without paying for such service.
