§ 63-1. Housing and human services department created; composition; appointment of officers.

There is hereby established the City of Irving Housing and Human Services Department which shall have a board of directors, hereinafter referred to as the housing and human services board. The housing and human services board shall consist of nine (9) members.

One (1) of said members shall be elected by the board as the chair and one (1) member shall be elected by the board as the vice-chair, and one (1) of said members shall be elected by the board as secretary.
