Occupants of a building, dwelling unit, rooming unit, hotel room, or housekeeping
unit shall keep in a clean, sanitary, and safe condition that part of the building,
dwelling unit, rooming unit, hotel room, housekeeping unit, or exterior premises which
they occupy and control.
