§ 8-77. Notices by city.

A notice required to be given by the city pursuant to this article is deemed to have been delivered by the city on the date that it is hand delivered to the applicant/registrant or three (3) days after the date the notice is placed in the United States mail to the address provided by the applicant/registrant in the application for the certificate of registration.
