§ 8A-19. Residential density.

A boarding home facility operating in any single-family residential structure is subject to residential density limitations calculated as either the maximum number of occupants permitted under section 8-31 of The Code of Civil and Criminal Ordinances of the City of Irving, Texas, or ten (10) persons, whichever is less.
