§ 9-14. Revocation of alarm permit.
The chief may revoke an alarm permit if he determines that:
(1)
There is any violation of this chapter;
(2)
There is a false statement of a material matter in the application for a permit.
(3)
An alarm system has generated in excess of twelve (12) false alarms during any twelve-month period;
(4)
The permit holder has failed to make payment of any fees assessed under this chapter within thirty (30) days of the assessment; or
(5)
Failure to attend the conference provided for in section 9-15.
