§ 9A-9. Penalty for violation.

Any person, firm, corporation or partnership who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects, or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of any provision of this chapter shall be punished by a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense. Each day that a violation exists or is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
