§ 15-9. Fence height—All properties.

(a)

Vertical support posts and gates shall extend no more than six (6) inches above the top of the fence.

(b)

When the fence is located in a vision triangle of a corner lot, the fence:

(1)

Shall have a maximum height of thirty (30) inches and

(2)

Shall allow at least fifty (50) percent through visibility
