Editor's note

Ord. No. 4080, § 2, adopted Mar. 24, 1983, repealed § 52-25, M-FW freeway district, "insofar as no land shall hereinafter be rezoned to this classification." Section 3 of said Ord. No. 4080 provided that "land zoned `M-FW' under section 52-25 of Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance No. 1144 at the time of adoption of this ordinance shall remain zoned and subject to the same rules, regulations and use restrictions which were applicable to property so zoned just prior to the time this ordinance was adopted."
