§ 52-64. Sexually oriented businesses.

Not withstanding any other provision of this ordinance, a sexually oriented business as defined in either V.T.C.A., Local Government Code ch. 243 or chapter 42A of the Code of Civil and Criminal Ordinances of the City of Irving, shall be an allowable use only in the following districts: C-W, ML-20, ML-20a, ML-40, ML-120, and in an S-P-1 or S-P-2 district which specifies C-W, ML-20, ML-20a, ML-40, ML-120 or sexually oriented businesses as principal uses.
